New day greetings, precious family of faith!!! How wonderful the gift of life and the privilege to walk through life with the mind of Jesus!!! Oh that is important because our minds are the battlefields where the devil fights us to defeat and destroy us as God’s beloved people!!! Jesus has not left us as orphans, but has given us His written Word, the Holy Bible and His Holy Spirit within us to help us have victory!!! HOOORRRAAAHHH!!! YYYEEESSS WE CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO GIVES US STRENGTH!!!
As we journey through our days, let us therefore be mindful of the enemy ploys to destroy us through our mindsets and Father beckons us because of His love for us this advice:
2 Corinthians 10:5 tells us this: “We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”
Father tells us “do not believe every spirit but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.” 1 John 4:1
Father desires that we be set free to enjoy all of life that He has created for us, even sex, however, what Jesus has intended for our good, the devil intends to use to destroy us and others. Therefore, let us test our thoughts about sex and all things before our Father so that we can truly live free in the blessings of life He intends for us and yes He has a plan for the sexuality of single people too!!! BE CAREFUL HERE!!! Oh but don’t love it too much because our lives do have purpose beyond just continual relaxation through sexual touch, taking in hand the gift God has given you, enjoying focusing in mind on the feelings with touch to bring ultimate release or satisfaction. It is good to not make it too much of a daily routine – overdoing it is not good balance for our lives for several reasons. If not married, it needs to not involve anybody else, not even photos!!! (We must remember the battle for the mind and lust is not of our Father, unless it is a spouse lusting after their spouse.) If you are a spouse, bless your spouse by seeking to create desire in your spouse for you!!! Our Father desires a spouse’s body to bless their spouse in many ways, including sexually!!!
We can know that life is not easy fighting the enemy as he is good at temptation, however, greater is He living inside of us (Jesus) than he who is living in the world (the devil)!!! HOOORRRAAAHHH!!! WITH JESUS WE ARE MORE THAN CONQUERORS IN ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO LOVES US AND IS ABLE TO BREAK THE ENEMY STRONGHOLDS ON US AS GOD’S BELOVED PEOPLE!!!
One of the battles of the mind is to rest in God’s love and grace for us and not give in to letting the enemy put a backpack of guilt on us like he loves to do. Jesus says the devil is our great accuser and this is our victory over him:
“They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony”
Revelation 12:11
Jesus died for all people’s sins, so let us always remind the devil of that and not allow him to create guilt in our minds nor temptation to step in life beyond the safety of Father’s best for us!!! Amazing grace – oh let us stay focused on it as this song says here for best life and not as a license to let the devil destroy us!!! YIKES!!! WATCH OUT!!! Oh Father just keeps us happy and smiling as we trust in Him and step through life with Him instead of the enemy of our life and our victory!!! I’m a gal happy and smiling with Jesus who supplies all our needs!!! 🙂
