I find it interesting that the lion wants to stay where it finds love in relationship rather than step out into the world all alone. As you know, Sam, a person is never alone because Jesus is always with us as His people of faith!!! Oh that just makes me smile!!! As you also know, Sam, Father created us for relationship!!! I am reminded that it is always good news wherever He opens and closes doors in our lives to put us in the divine place for us to be together with divine purpose with Him working in us as His people of faith!!! 🙂 Lots to ponder about this video!!! Having a Grace Lift

Oh there is nothing more delightful in life as we journey along on this earth than having heaven reach down and give us a grace lift when earthly life has us knocked down by our enemy Satan. Do I hear an amen from you, precious saint???

One thing is sure in this life is that the enemy is always on the prowl to discourage God’s people however he can and what our Father wants us to know is we need not go there because our loving all powerful Father is always right wherever we are to uphold us with His righteous right hand of perfect unfailing, unconditional love!!! Not only does He keep us from laying down on the ground of defeat, but as He is lifting us up, He is reminding us that there is no such thing as failure – no condemnation for those of us in Christ Jesus, only grace to reveal to us divine life so that when we get our feet under us, we can continue on with Father’s supporting grace as sufficient to help us glean from our evaluated experiences and move forward the wiser with Father’s truth for us!!! Oh we are always learning that is for sure, so let us not ever let the enemy convince us that we are any different than anyone else who is learning about life on the go of experiencing it for the first and only lifetime!!! We have our Father’s Word (the Holy Bible) and we have learning from experience!!! How exciting to always be learning!!!

Hence as Father tells us, we can count it all joy as solid gold the experiences in life that the enemy seeks to use to destroy us, but our Father works through to enlighten us and empower us to keep a going in life!!! Oh this is amazing grace and our Father’s sweet love and amazing grace is truly something to joyfully sing about as we step through this life with Father always with us!!! Father has me smiling in His grace lift for me this new day and I’m a gal stepping into life with His reassurance that with Him, life is gonna be alright and that nothing can snatch us as His people from His hand of grace that He has forever upon all of us who believe in Christ and His forever defeat of the enemy on the cross!!!

The trials of the enemy just make us stronger as we keep our hearts fixed on the love and grace of Jesus for us!!! Let us always remember the secret of life contentment and power available to us over the evil one that the Apostle Paul came to understand from Jesus’ love and words for him:

“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”

2 Corinthians 12:9

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the ruler, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.”

Ephesians 6:12

“Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.”

Ephesians 6:13

How do we stand against the enemy??? Just as the saints of yesterday did:

“They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.”

Revelation 12:11

The saints of yesterday were sure of their future and their victory in Christ so therefore, they didn’t shrink back to the enemy bluffs, nor should we!!! They prayed, rebuked the Devil and claimed God’s authority over him!!! WOOOHOOO!!! I’m a gal standing sure and holy and blameless, without accusation and with no condemnation in Christ Jesus with ya’s in heavenly authority, precious saints!!! We are more than conquerors in Father’s amazing grace as our sufficiency to stand against enemy efforts to keep us down in defeat when he raises up his worthless efforts!!!

Father’s unfailing sufficient grace, love, strength and power is ours as this song says here. Father laid down His life so ours can always be picked up!!! Now how awesome that we can always stand divine in Jesus, hanging onto His righteous right hand!!!

The Smile Maker

Oh our Father has me smiling this new gift of life today with ya’s!!! It all began when I took the time to enter into the presence of Jesus with me and asked Him for His revelation as I looked into His Word. He shared this thought with me:

“Splendor and majesty are before Him, Strength and beauty are in His sanctuary.”

Psalm 96:6

As I ponder these words, I find more in-depth thought:

splendor and majesty, it is described as being authority (supreme greatness), beauty, glory, honor, natural color (organic light emitted by God), splendid (very impressive), vigor (physical strength and good health)

strength is defined as power and energy

beauty is defined as appropriate, beautiful, fair, fitting, handsome (attractive), sleek (smooth and shiny)

So as I have pondered these things, I surmise that before a person enters the presence of Jesus in His sanctuary, they can be found kinda looking like these examples – perhaps weighted down by the cares of the world:

However, after spending time with our Father in His supreme greatness, beauty, glory, honor, the different shades of His light emitting from the very impressive Him who gives physical strength, power and energy and good health to us in appropriate, beautiful, fair, fitting, attractive, smooth and shiny ways, this is how we come out of His presence for going into the world:

Oh that just gives me all kinds of incentive to continue to be blessed in many ways as I take time from the world to step into the presence of our Father in His sanctuary (sacred place) and come out with a divine smile makeover by the Great Physician Jesus who heals in many ways and just makes us smile!!! 🙂 With Jesus, we win, win, win, win always!!!!

Already Gifted

As I sit by the warmth of the fire here in Idaho listening to my Father’s heart, He speaks to me amidst the snap, crackle and pop of the logs bursting as the fire dances all around them. I sooo love that as it reminds me of the Holy Spirit ablaze with me!!!

Father speaks to my heart that while there is a future time coming when He will return to gives us a new life with the fullness of heaven with us without the enemy of this world present, even now we have the blessing of having the love of Jesus with us and His heart of care for us!!! PRAISE JESUS!!! Oh and as I write, He takes me to the passage in His Word of the two that hung on the cross beside Him. One had a heart for Him and saw in Him His divinity and one ridiculed Him. The one who believed in Him asked Jesus to remember him and Jesus, even though dealing with His own struggles on the cross, loved the man and reassured him that “I assure you, today you will be with me in paradise.” (Luke 23:43).

Because we, too believe in Jesus and His divinity and the work that He did on the cross as the enemy ridiculed Him so that we can be seated in heavenly places with Him in the future, He has put His Holy Spirit within our hearts to comfort us, give us peace, recall to us the things He tells us, to counsel us and guide us in truth away from sin, to empower us and assure us that we are His children. He has not left us alone on this earth, but rather His Spirit is present with us so that even now, we have heaven with us as we journey the road of earth where we have victory over the enemy, too!!!

I smile as I think about the man on the cross who had the assurance of Jesus’ love and victory for him. I think about how he must have felt inside with such a sigh of relief that said to his soul–I’m going to be alright!!! Now I can’t imagine how hanging on a cross could be heavenly by itself, but I can just imagine that after that reassurance of Jesus to that man, he experienced of heaven right then and there as he thought Jesus has me in His love and paradise victory forever with Him!!! I’ve got it made with Jesus here with me – got heaven on earth even now!!! It must have given that man encouragement to persevere with Jesus, knowing that Jesus sympathized with him and understood what he was going thru.

Oh the love of Jesus is so sweet to us and sure can ignite a Holy Spirit fire in our souls that says I’m gonna be alright and I can do this with Jesus with me who loves me and gives me strength and victory!!! HOOORRRAAAHHH!!! RUH, RUH, RUH!!! POWER ON IN LOVE FOR FATHER!!! YYYEEESSS WE CAN DO ALL THINGS THRU CHRIST WHO GIVES US STRENGTH!!! (Philippians 4:13) I think of how Jesus’ words to the man on the cross must have been similar to the message of this song here. This man at that point in time needed to know who he was to Christ and he learned that he was special, loved, accepted and worth the sacrifice of Jesus’ life to give him all the glorious riches that were of Jesus’ kingdom!!!

Wherever you are today, my prayer for you is that you may hear Jesus’ understanding heart for you as His beloved of faith saying to you, you’re alright and I’ve got ya victorious forever with me, so hang in there!!! (Sorry, no pun intended.)

You are safe with Jesus thru your faith in Him and YOU are loved by Him, dear saint. Me, too!!! Oh that just makes me smile!!! Have a sigh of relief in Jesus right where you are right now and have a good rest of today!!! YOU have a good heavenly life future, even now with Jesus!!!

Overflowing with Father’s Heart for You

Father’s beloved one of faith ~ May you find your heart filled to overflowing with the love of our Father that surrounds you today!!! The evidence of Him with you is all around you as this song says here!!!

Where is His love shining brightly before you in many ways right now??? As you look to Jesus with thanksgiving for His gifts before you, your heart will be filled with reminders of awareness that He is indeed with you in miraculous ways!!!

As you invite His Holy Spirit to fall afresh upon you, He will be with you to bring His kingdom on earth in newness for each second moving forward!!! He will bring His kingdom to you, thru you and to continually surround you in His ways more than you can ask or imagine or ever do in your own efforts!!! You are truly blessed by His unfailing, unconditional love and victory as you choose to follow Him as He leads you like none other!!! You are free in Him to live His will, plan and purpose for you by the sufficiency of His grace and approval of you thru your faith in Him!!! To do so will be the divine best life for you, His royal one!!!

Enjoy His love and freedom for you personally that is realized in following Father’s heart for you that is this:

“You shalt have no other gods before Me (Jesus).”

Enjoy the best heavenly life with He who loves you completely!!! He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5) and that reminder will bring you the peace and joy of heart Father desires for you to have!!! Me, too!!!

Individual Purpose

Purposeful day it is for everybody, ya’ll here!!! No matter who we are in life, we each have a  divine reason for being and whether we volunteer our time or are employed by someone or we are an employer of others, we each can in someway bring contribution to what our Father is wanting to accomplish here in bringing heaven on earth!!! Now how awesome is that for everyone to be included in the purpose of life together with Jesus!!! Oh it just makes me smile!!!

As I continue in sharing about the different generalized areas of ministry that each of us individually will typically step in and out of in the course of our lives, I want to share these thoughts today about being an employee and an employer. Our Father will speak to each of us as we have need to hear His voice. Even if we volunteer in life for someone or for our Father in heaven, some of these same principles can apply to all of us:

“If you are a hired employee, God desires for you to “obey your earthly masters (in righteousness) and do it not only when their eye is on you and to win their favor, but with sincerity of heart and reverence for the Lord. Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving” (Colossians 3:22-24). God sees it all (Proverbs 15:3) – He sees faithfulness and hard work that can sometimes go unnoticed by employers and He says He will reward you for that, so you can rest in that if that is your case. He sees the way we treat our coworkers with love and kindness, praying for them and our employers, seeking their good and success. He also sees the ways someone may mistreat their employer such as using an employer’s time for personal matters and wasting an employer’s resources. For example: When your employer sends you to make purchases, do you use your employer’s money to buy you the more expensive when lesser would do and you would buy lesser if it was your own money? Do you steal from your employer? Are you lazy and fail to carry out his or her instructions for your work. God forgives, but it is good to confess (agree about) sin to Him (1 John 1 8-10), and He desires us to repent and make restitution (Exodus 22:3b) if we need to. From that day forward, we can seek to do our work to God’s glory (1 Corinthians 10:31) and work as we would want someone to work for us if we were an employer (Matthew 22:39). Let us be thankful (Colossians 3:15) for God’s provision of someone to hire us and provide for us financially. We can ask God to help us be a good employee. Here is a photo of some employees and employers working together doing some work on a home I recently purchased. Here they are working on steps, a walkway and a gate. I greatly appreciate their efforts for me in life as I could not do all this work without their help and expertise with the other things that I do as a self-employed person and a volunteer as our Father has called me to be in life!!!

 Where are you in life??? An employee, an employer, self-employed, a volunteer??? This you can know of our Father:

“God is not unjust; He will not forget your hard work and the love that you show Him as you help His people and continue to help them.”

Hebrews 6:10

If you are an employer, here are some thoughts from God’s Word to ponder in doing your work for our Father. God asks employers in Colossians 4:1 to provide your employees with what is right and fair, because you know you have a Master in heaven (the Lord). The Lord sees everything (Proverbs 15:3). Even if your employees don’t seem to appreciate what you do for them, God sees it and He appreciates it. He will reward you for it. Be considerate of your employees. Do you value each of your employees? Are you friendly to them and treat them respectfully? Do you show favoritism? Are you more concerned with using available resources to make yourself comfortable and promote your image while employees go without the tools and training they need to do their jobs more efficiently and successfully. Do you pray for your employees? Do you ask your employees to do things that are ungodly? Do you cheat your employees out of pay and benefits?   If you haven’t been a good employer, it is not too late to change. Confess your sin (1 John 1:8-10), repent and make restitution (Exodus 22:3b) if you need. We need to treat our employees the way that we would want to be treated if we were someone’s employee, as in fact we are (the Lord’s). Oh let us be thankful for the help God has given to us in the employees who work hard to make us successful. We can ask God to make us a good employer if we are called to that purpose, for “God works in us to will and act according to His purpose.” (Philippians 2:13)

Let Your Life Be A Reflection

Wherever and whoever we are, we can each make a heavenly divine difference in raising up glory to our Father as this song says here and to that I say “WOOOHOOO, LET THE GLORY OF JESUS RISE WITH ALL OUR HEARTS INTO IT!!!” FATHER WILL BLESS YOU FOR YOUR EFFORTS, DEAR ONES!!! WE REAP WHAT WE SOW INTO LIFE!!! PROUD OF YOU FOR ALL YOU DO FOR JESUS AND TO BLESS OTHERS!!! MAY FATHER RAISE UP PEOPLE WHO ARE WILLING TO HELP YOU AS YOU HAVE NEED OF HELP IN YOUR PURPOSE IN LIFE AS HE HAS ME, TOO!!! BLESSED AND HAPPY IN LIFE WITH YA’S AND KEEPING GOING FOR JESUS!!!

Coupled in Life

Blessings of love to you, precious saints here with me!!! I am sooo thankful our Father has made us Kingdom family together and that we can work together to bring heaven to earth to bless our Father, bless each other and bless others. As I continue to share some generalized areas of ministry that each of us individually will typically step in and out of in the course of our life, today I am sharing thoughts for couples as taken from our Father’s Word. Diving right in – wooohooo, here we go and it is my heart that you will find our Father’s heart of love and light for your own heart as He speaks personally to you. It is with a heart that longs for all to be blessed that I share these things:

Wives:

If you have a husband, God desires for you to be his helper, to assist and aid him (Genesis 2:18-25), to partner with him (1 Peter 3:7), to be a faithful companion (Exodus 20:14), to encourage him and build him up as a man (Proverbs 14:1, 1 Thessalonians 5:11), to meet his sexual needs and please him (1 Corinthians 7), to respect him and put forward his opinions as is fitting to the Lord (Colossians 3:18).

Husbands:

If you have a wife, God desires for you to love her as your own body, as yourself (Ephesians 5:33), be considerate of her and her opinions (1 Peter 3:7, Ephesians 5:21), encourage her and build her up as a woman ((1 Thessalonians 5:11), not being harsh with her (Colossians 3:19), loving her as Christ loves the church – giving himself up for her (Ephesians 5:25), treating her with respect (1 Peter 3:7), protecting her by your stronger physical abilities (1 Peter 3:7), meeting her sexual needs (1 Corinthians 7), being faithful to her (Exodus 20:14) so that nothing hinders your prayers (1 Peter 3:7).

God calls us all to consider the opinions of all people and to not seek our own good, but the good of others, but this does not mean to put them above God or become a participant in sin (Ephesians 5:21, 1 Corinthians 10:24 & 33, Proverbs 14:16a, Exodus 20:3).

We are also called to show proper respect to everyone (1 Peter 2:17). Respect is defined as “to consider deserving of high or special regard”.  It is important to remember also, that if we desire the respect of others, we need to seek to be respectable – not making it difficult for people to respect us (1 Timothy 3:8, 11; 1 Thessalonians 5:11, 1 Thessalonians 4:12, Proverbs 11:16, Titus 2:2).

It is important to not take spouses for granted. Be thankful for your spouse (Colossians 3:15). If you find yourself focusing on negative thoughts about your spouse, take your thoughts captive to Christ and focus on “Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things” (Philippians 4:8). An exercise that is helpful in doing this is to go through the alphabet and for each letter, state a word that begins with that letter that represents a true good quality about your spouse (for example: A – She adores me and my children, B – He is bold, C – He is courageous, etc… by the time you get to Z, you have 26 good reasons to admire your spouse.   Have you ever considered that there are many lonely people in the world who would perhaps love to have your spouse? I see the sadness of lonely people all the time. Does any stranger walking down the street treat your spouse better than you do? Do you strive to be the “special someone” in your spouse’s life? Do you seek to minister to your spouse’s needs out of love even though they are not your needs? Do you realize that God loves your spouse as much as He loves you? Galatians 3:28 says in God’s eyes “There is neither male nor female.” He loves them both the same. God understands our spouses as unique individuals and He knows what will bless them, so ask Him to give you wisdom in how to bless your spouse.

Healthy marriages practice these things and seek to work as a team to “discern the best” (Philippians 1:10) and keep peace and harmony in their relationship (Proverbs 3:13-17). If differences are creating bitterness and resentment, marriage partners need to quickly (Ephesians 4:26-27) seek God’s wisdom through prayer (Psalm 119:25, James 1:5), the study of God’s Word and godly counsel (Proverbs 1:5, Proverbs 15:14 & 22, Proverbs 3:21) to resolve problems (Matthew 12:25) and restore peace (Hebrews 12:14).

Couples should also work together to manage their homes and children well (Proverbs 31:27, Titus 2:5, 1 Timothy 3:12). Ask God to show you the definition of “well”.  Sometimes people can go to the extreme of “too perfect” and some are “too relaxed” in caring for their homes and children. We want to make it our aim to bring glory to God in the eyes of our neighbors and those who might enter into our homes. Consider also the feelings of your family about your home. What makes your home comfortable to them? What ministers to them and to others who are visiting? Is your family embarrassed about where and how they live? If so, ask your family why and work through it together as a family. It is good when your family loves to be home and they feel good about bringing home their friends instead of being out with friends where there are all sorts of temptations. When they are in your home, you know what they are doing and who they are with. This also gives you the opportunity to minister to them and show them the love of Christ.

While there is lots to ponder here, in it all, the Holy Spirit will guide you as an individual and move your heart in what is right as He promises:

“For it is God who works in us to will and to act according to His purpose.”

Philippians 2:13

It is also important to understand that our Father understands each situation and sees His people thru eyes of love and grace and is always with His to guide. I love it that we can always approach our Father’s throne of grace with confidence to find help in all of life!!!

Married and parents??? Blessings to you!!! Sooo proud of you for your perseverance in the heart of Jesus in the center of your relationships!!! I greatly admire that in you!!! 🙂 One of the ways our Father shows us His love is in giving us relationships in life!!! Here is a song about His amazing love for us all whether married or single as the bride of Christ of which we all are as His church!!! Marriage is a model of our relationship with Jesus!!! Balancing Change in Life

Awesome new day greetings, precious saints!!! Yesterday, I wrote about how Father paces our lives just right as we look to Him and in recap, I wrote:

“As spiritual athletes or runners of the “cross” road, we may be asked to speed up temporarily or slow down at times in order to get us through certain places. God knows in His wisdom that an appropriate pace is important for long-term running!!!”

Here in Idaho, it is a new season of year with all of its beautiful color all around!!!

In reflecting upon that, as people, we have different seasons in life as well. For example: God may adjust our pace of running with the different seasons of our life, too. But even in the winter years of retirement age, running does not have to stop. Many people find that no longer having an employer opens new opportunities to travel for the Lord and participate in missions around the world, while others find their new availability provides great opportunity to help their grown children and impact their grandchildren for the Lord. Some give more time to their church, spend more time praying or lend a hand to the community, maybe getting involved in politics to make a difference for Christ. A successful Hollywood movie star decided at age 69 to take a big step politically and ended up doing his greatest work in life – being one of America’s greatest Presidents for two terms. His name was Ronald Reagan, a man of great Christian faith. Remember him and other older saints and let us always reflect upon the possibility that our greatest work may still be ahead of us and even now. Advanced age doesn’t mean the bearing of fruit is done.

God has a purpose for His people as long as they have life on earth and that includes you and me, too, dear ones!!! I WANT TO ENCOURAGE YOU today, that YOU are always important!!! Oh let us never think of our lives as being without purpose to our Father even if life changes in where we are, when we are there or what we are called to do!!! WOOOHOOO!!! LIFE IS ALWAYS A DIVINE ADVENTURE WITH JESUS!!! JESUS JUST MAKES US SMILE!!!

I Am WIth You Always

Running the road of God’s purpose, we as spiritual athletes need to be balanced properly, upright and in rhythm with God’s leading. A physical runner watches the road before him carefully, not wanting to fall. He or she places one foot down and then the other, moving forward on the path ahead. Likewise, the spiritual athlete moves ahead through the day as he or she listens to God’s leading, stepping into one area of ministry then another. The spiritual athlete seeks to run upright and in good form to bring glory to God in every step.

Sometimes we step a little farther to the right or left into a specific area of ministry as the road before us necessitates, but all the time, we strive to remain on the road of God’s purpose. An example would be spending more time than we normally would to sit with an ill family member or devote more ministry time to the church one week a year to help with the weeklong vacation bible school. Perhaps it is getting away from all other areas of ministry for a weekend with your spouse to spend some time resting and ministering to each other or God may call you aside for an extended time of prayer, fasting, study and reflection. 

Jesus Reaching Out To US

In addition to the common purposes we share with other runners (believers) of the “cross” road, I am going to be sharing over the next few days a list of generalized areas of ministry that each of us individually will typically step in and out of in the course of our life.   Not all runners will experience all areas and I have not listed them in any order of priority because I believe God changes our priorities from day to day. God is the exception to listing an order of priority – God says in Exodus 20:3 “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” Taking the time to develop a relationship with God, worshiping, praying, studying His Word and listening to God is “Job #1 for the spiritual athlete.”  He is  worthy of all praise and the sacrifice of all our lives as long as we have breath!!! Abundantly Aloft

New day greetings, precious kingdom family!!! Father speaks to my heart today of how He desires to be our enough in all of life. That is important because only He can fully satisfy our souls and we cannot always have what our heart may desire. Sometimes that is because of our Father’s heart for us and sometimes it is because people have freewill in this life. Our Father knows what is best for us as individuals and as a child may ask their father for a gift, if the father knows that a gift is not going to be good for that child, the father is not going to grant it to the child. The same is true with our Father in heaven who gives us the very gift of life and oh sooo many things in life to be thankful for!!! Learning to count our blessings is a HUGE perspective changer!!! I agree fully with the writer of Lamentations 3:24 when he wrote:

“My soul can say “The LORD is my lot (in life). That is why I find hope in Him.”

Broken relationships. missed out on opportunities, unrealized dreams as well as other life loss can be painful and very difficult for anyone to heal from, but when we learn to find our sufficiency in Christ Jesus, we can soar on wings abundantly aloft like an eagle in the air with Him wherever we are in life!!! Oh He is the celebration in our life always and anything else we are gifted with in this life is just more of Him!!! 🙂 Jesus just makes us smile always!!! May this day find us all smiling in the truth of His love and grace as abundantly sufficient for us wherever we are in life!!! Sooo much truth in this song here!!! Always see the love of Jesus above all else in life – it makes for the win, win, win always life!!! Thankful for Jesus with ya’s!!!
